The Violet and Scratch lore seems to have much more depth than I initially thought. It's pretty insane that you've managed to hold on to these stuffed animals for this long, even as an adult. While others may think and say otherwise, I actually find that pretty respectable. Their impact on your life is clearly shown from all of the said wear and tear they've endured for over 16 years (mostly in the case of Scratch), and the fact that you have even made digital art versions of themselves makes all of this feel pretty heartfelt.
The stuffed animals clearly bring you joy, and I'm glad that nothing seems to get in the way of this said joy. Even when comparing your Scratch to the others out there, it only just shows how much you loved her then and now, and how much of a good childhood you had. This Scratch may be a bit more torn up compared to the average Scratch, but it only adds to the feeling that there will never be another Scratch quite like the one you have now. Thank you for the fun factoid regarding one of the stuffed animals you possess. Let's hope that both of them will stay with us for many years to come, in the physical sense, and the sense that they will live on within our hearts.
